I've been reading The Everlasting by Alix E Harrow. The concept seems really interesting. I confess I am only 15% in, but I think this one will be a good read.

My last read was Mongrel by Hanako Footman. I really enjoyed this book. With the metaphors relating back to fairytales and haunting narrative, even if it was a bit derivative at times, the imagery was beautiful and memorable.
